Hi Everyone,
I am wondering how to go about changing the default time out period for connections to the Server. Clients connect through the Citrix Receiver (for Windows), and if they don't perform some sort of activity (e.g.: move the mouse, or type on the keyboard), they are automatically logged off after 4 minutes.
I am in Australia, and my clients are in New Zealand, perhaps the distance between the Server and the Clients needs to be considered.
Any help here will be greatly appreciated.

As a test, can you set the session timeout on AG to 45 minutes and test I wondering if there's a polling of some kind done by the Mac Receiver that is keeping the session active. I've seen this on Windows Receiver (every hour Receiver would send something to the AG that kept the session active, unless the timeout was less than an hour.).
