Pourtant, losque je déconnecte et reconnecte le fil sur le moteur, j'entend le petit BIP sur mon ordinateur indiquant que la connection se fait !

Est-ce un problème de cable ou bien est-ce que le moteur peut etre défectueux ?

connection lost with win 10 update

Navigon stimmen. Hello,

I am having an issue with current soft version 7.2.0.51 and my PC running Win 10 with my wired RealPower hometrainer. It used to work fine with windows 10 until a recent windows update.

Now, I am unable to connect the device to the PC. I tried with 2 different PCs running win 10 and got the same issue. Then, I tried again with an older PC running W7 and it is OK. The error does not show when I launch the soft (connection might look ok) but just when I want to start a race.

So, I suspect an issue with the USB drive support. Has this bug been reported yet ?

Hello. I have a real power (2013 version). Is it possible to steer it with ipad instead of the computer? If yes, wht should I do?

Axiom device cannot connect - soft / windows 10 issue

Hello,

I am just facing an issue trying to run the 7.2.0.51 current soft version on my win 10 PC. Everything is fine until I start any race (training test/videocourse..) and then my device appears not to be connected.

It's occurring since the last major Windows 10 update I suspect and it' probably an issue with a usb driver compatibility.

Since I'm having the issue on different PCs running the same windows version and just tried succesfully on an older one running Win 7, my device, console or cables cannot be faulty.
